VX s/c v6 into VS 3 stato not running properly

I put a s/c v6 from a VX into my VS 3 stato and it isn't running properly. I swapped the ecu and fuel pump from the VX aswell. It will idle after revving up and down for a lil while and you can rev it up but only gently but when in gear it stalls when you accelerate. Any ideas as to what it could be?

the symptoms Sound like a MAF problem but you should post on here
