Vn 5 speed into 1997 VT?

is it possible to fit a vn 5 speed into a vt ecotec? if so whats involved, if i can pick up a complete vn 5 speed would it be possible to just snatch the gearbox out of it and put into my vt ( i know the vt computer will need the Manual chip ) but is it possible and what would need to be done?

it will bolt up to the motor, but thats where the easy side finishes. Rear gearbox crossmember wont fit, bottom bellhousing brace wont fit, tailshaft wont fit, pedal box wont fit etc..
