5l blown head gasket
ok so im pretty much cerainthat i have a blown head gasket on my vt 5l, bubbles coming out radiater and heaps of white smoke.
how do you know what side is blown? my car has a single 2.5 exhaust.
has anyone replaced the headgasket on one of these before? how easy is it? (is there a how to somewere?) i have searched but cant find jack.

Jack would be in the boot.
You will find all the answers you need in a service manual or try searching V8 head gaskets, 100's of pages...
oh and it is steam, not white smoke
On the other popular Commodores forum, there is a tech writeup from Sams performance where they doing heads etc before installing a charger. Have a look on there.
