Hey thanks rebuild has been progressing...picked up a pair of slotted DBA front rotors off ebay for $190 (incl postage)...got bendix general CT pads $55, KN air filter $70, engine mount $60 (kelpro high quality), best oil filter, new sensor switch, penrite 10-40w oil, new rad cap, new engine oil cap seal, new rocker cover gaskets and bolt seals, found beaurepaires does wheel alignments for $60 at keperra brisbane, (tooth brush was shopping list to help scrub degreaser parts). I still need to replace the passenger engine mount, do the rocker gaskets and seals, swap the new rotors and pads in, replace front sway bar link, replace D bushes...so my works cut out but im actually really enjoying it so far, i know a decent amount about cars but have never fully worked on them like this but i am learning how to fix so much stuff and identify problems. I had no idea oil changes were so easy hehe. Anyone know where i can get cheap steering racks or any guides to recon a steering rack, i'd really like to learn how to fix them.
