VT tranny problem (could it be engine mount?)

Recently I've had violent judding or jerking problem when accelerating from a complete stand still. It only happens in first gear and usually only if I step on it a bit, if I take off at a moderate speed or slowly it's fine. I've had a broken engine mount now for a while (roughly 6 month). It progressed when i was being a d***head one night punching it everywhere I went, the next day this problem came. I've done some research and found that it could be the engine mount due to it being stuffed already and it just got worse. Could anyone correct me on this or give some advise on what it could be??

It seems that you already know the answer.Replace both mounts before you do more damage.

Both or just the one? I know for a fact that my drivers side is obviously not 100% but also not broken, cracked or sagging so it should be alright for now. Do these symptoms seem like it's leaning towards broken engine mount? Just hope it's that and nothing too serious...

For the price of engine mounts and the fact that you have to lift the engine up to do one side, you may as well do both!

I don't even know what I'm up for cost wise. Would you have a rough idea how much engine mounts are?

$95 for both engine mounts and trans mount off EBay.

Why didn't I add trans mount duh.Mine cost me $100 labour plus parts last time.
