afew questions

hay guys just afew things i need some advice on ...

I have the good ol wind up windows and the drivers one has become slightly stiff and is making a sort of clicking sound on each turn, is my regulator on the fritz or is there something that needs to be adjusted etc ?

Also Ive noticed me engine mounts and suspension bushes are starting to wear quite badly and im wanting to do a overhaul on the lot and cant decide weather to go genuine or aftermarket . I have good connections for both so the $$$ isnt the issue at all just wanting some opinions on what gives better ride, last longer etc etc.
Ive read afew posts and the trend on the engine mounts seems to be aftermarket as they are solid and have a longer life?
but yea not to sure on the suspension bushes, has anyone gone down the nolathane path or just basic aftermarket ?
