Would this be worth the $ they have on it? and or would it be a good or bad thing having the extra 10% flow?

No, the stock one is more than sufficiant, only be a waste of money.
if my standard pump was stuffed i would give it some thought but its not so i wouldnt bother, stock pump puts out 50psi so its more than enough
