Can anyone please give me a link to a diagram of the vacuume lines on the VT supercharger?

Which vac lines specifically? Have you retained the boost control solenoid? i.e. is everything in standard form? I can help if you tell me which ones you're dealing with.

Ok so this is a little rough, but it should get you out of trouble.
A goes from the bottom boost tree port to the fuel pressure regulator
B goes from the top boost tree port to the passenger side of the boost control solenoid (on the back of the passenger side cylinder head)
C goes from the vacuum port on the side of the blower housing to the front vacuum port on the bypass valve actuator
D goes from the vacuum port on the back of the bypass valve actuator to the drivers side of the boost control solenoid (on the back of the passenger side cylinder head)
    Hope that helps.
    Cheers
