    Default idiot put water in power steering fluid

    Hi all
    My vt s just had a new motor an a idiot *********** put water in the power steering fluid Thingy, what's the easiest way to get it back to normal plz help

    Drain it from the rack, refill and bleed. Or get the idiot who did the job to redo it as it's his fault. How does anybody put water in the power steering??? Why did he not correct it before handing the car back? Or was this a diy with "friends" helping?

    Seriously though, drain from the rack, refill, bleed and probably drain, refill and bleed again.

    mm and while your doing that just check and make sure he didn't put diff oil in the radiator and grease in the window washer bottle =O

    It wasn't me it was a guy who works at a wreckers (a complete dumb ****) iv gone to a different mechanic cause he also fitted a ####d radiator to my car long story but cut it short I'm gonna rip him a new asshole, when are guys gonna realize DON'T #### WITH SINGLE MUMS

    Also I do no what fluid goes where, being an only daughter with a father that is very handy with cars I did pick up a few things 1 being what fluid to use in what part n even u no NEVER PUT WATER IN POWER STEERING OR MOTOR

    Actually, when I first started out on cars at age 13, I put the garden hose straight into where the oil goes thinking it was a radiator of some sort... (face palm)

    1st mistake.. dont rely on (most) people who work at wreckers to do anything other then tell you if they have a certain car in stock lol
