radiator fans not spinning

I don't understand how your fans aren't operating and yet your car stays cold lol, what's the weather like your way -15 degrees lol

Check your sensors mate or check for a trouble code

It is unlikely but check your engine fan relay. It may have shat itself. Just pull it out and put a known good relay with the same values in. If the fans work with the second relay, problem solved.

Id say Your temp sensor is gone.. Making it read low which means the fans will not turn on
