you have VR in your sig so 1 5/8in headers for that model

Unless you're pushing very big numbers, I think you'll lose a little bottom end with 1 3/4" primaries. For a stock to medium build i'd be going 1 5/8" primaries merged into a 2 1/2" collector. Personally I like the magnaflow metal substrate cats.
