sounds like a horrible ordeal. have you thought of getting rid of it n trading it in for something different? if a car gave me that much greif i'd get rid of it.

Yes the fans are coming on and the water pump was recently replace two also i forgot to mention before that the ac always has to be on if u turn it off it overheats worse see somtimes what happens is the temp gauge goes about 3 Quarters up then the second fan comes on then the temp gauge comes back down to normal then other times it will go right up and beep at me. Then i pull over and turn the car off for about 10 15 minutes. And when it does go right up and beep at me both fans are on i have looked a few times.

Mate, mine does this too. Got me buggered why but otherwise she goes good even gets flogged and loves it...
As long as on the highway she doesn't heat up at cruising speed, you can wire up your thermo fan to come on and keep the bastard cool at the lights.

edit: you can help it slightly by running with an 82 degree hi flow thermostat

Is it overheating due to lost coolant or some other reason? Has the systems been bled properly? I assume this would be the first thing to check but you never know with some mechanics

I doubt its the Audio or Electronic install that Greg did to your car thats causing the overheating issue, thus why Ive moved it to a more approproate section of the forum.

Yeah, I was going to say that it could be a faulty temp sensor or something weird on the computer.

Could just be saying it's overheating.

Best way to check the temp is to go into the hidden dash mode press the Mode and up button then turn Reds on and let go of the button.
You will hear a chime. Now start the car press the mode button to toggle different menus.
Go to the temp mode and see if the fan is turning on at the right temp. It should turn on at around the 104 degree mark low fan speed.

I had this with my car. There were air blocks in the temperature tap. Get a mechanic to flush out the air locks in the vacuum pipes.
