    Default power steering leak

SO im losing a heap of power steering fluid, every day the level is about 5mm lower then the previous, the hoses around the canister are dry, the hoses right down the bottom are a bit dirty, but they dont look like they are leaking. The ground under where i park my car is showing that the leak is somewhere right up the front near the radiator, on the same side as the fluid canister, any ideas where it might be leaking from?

Most likely from the pump itself. If it is the pump, a seal kit can be purchased from Holden quite cheaply.

Dunno, but I'd degrease it all, including the rack and look for the fresh, red fluid after the next drive. Should stick out like dogs balls.

hey mate had the same problem on my vt wagon turned out it was the power steering rack and my pump had a small leak. So focus on that area and see if its the same for you
