    Default LS6 manifold conversion

    Swaped out my vt manifold to the LS6 manifold today. didnt noticed any diffrence in HP but did noticed it has more torque eaither way only $100 and pretty nice smooth gain

    Post some pics if you can madsav, iv got a spare vx manafold lyin round, But im pretty sure the one im using is the the vx onwards one or ls6 manifold, the vx one thats a little better then the vt one, i had not long ago cleaned mine and cleaned the injectors and put in new seals seemed heaps better ;p now tha catch cans will keep it clean hopefully, did you change your injectors i think the ls1 ones are slight diff?, i got spare set if you need.

    I remember ages ago someone saying there is a obvious difference in moulding just behind the t/b so if you post pics maybe we can compare.

    VTII used the LS1 manifold, VX used the slightly better LS6 manifold. As stated small gains, pretty good cheap mod

    Hi mate ,yep swaped out the injectors from Vt-VY clubby injectors im told its better for getting the car tuned but not 100% sure. and yep the like GEN3RATD said you would have the LS6 manifold. i think i slaped up a post somewhere with the diffrent part numbers if that helps any

    VT use a 24lb injector while VX use a 28lb from memory
