When there is a change over like this do you have to buy new sensors?

I was told to open up the fins to allow more exhaust to pass though the sensor if it works I'll let you know got nothing to lose buy trying it. Have you got any idea how much to replace the O2's and do I have to buy special O2's because of the change?

You don't need to use "special" O2 sensors, and you don't need to "open them up" either. The VP only uses one sensor and the VT has two. I'm surprised the VP extractors even fitted the VT as the K frame and rack are in different positions.

You will need to fit two sensors back in right at the collectors where the pipes merge into one on each side.

test the sensor using a multi meter and read the voltage given off while the engine is running voltage should always be changing above and below 450mv
