    Default Bellhousing bolt problems help needed

    Hey guys quick question I'm pulling my auto out of my vu ute everything I'd undun apart from the top bold on my belhousing and 1 wire can anyone offer any suggestions I even droped my steering rack to lower the box a bit.

    Undo your torque converter and slide back into trans for removal/refitting.
    Its hard for me to help cause if everything is undone then it should come out.
    WTB lsd 3.46 for vx in Toowoomba area
    Also got a few used vx ls1 parts i need to get rid of basically a complete motor minus block and sump, pm me.

    What I'm saying is I can't reach the top bolt of my bell housing everything is all undone.

    To be honest Brenton i have never removed a trans without removing the whole motor and trans as an assembly,
    So from experience i cant help you sorry.
    But if you lifted the trans back up a bit would that allow you room to access that bolt from over the top of the motor? like down the back of the motor and between the firewall? just a thought, im sorry i cant help mate, hang around im sure someone will reply soon thats knows the go.

    i use a 3 foot long extension bar with uni joint on the end to get to this bolt with the auto hanging down

    As above 3 or 4 decent size extensions and a ratshit makes it easy to do maybe throw a knuckle in there if angle is wierd
