Just recently my car has been playing up where when you go to turn the car off then leave it for a short time and go to restart it it will crank but dosnt seem to want to ignite. I have figured out that it only does it when the temp is up but today the car cut out completely when i came to a stop in a park where the engine just died but radio and all electrics where still running i tried to re start but could only hear starter motor and accessory belt trying to crank over but sounded as if there was no spark. I have had no issues starting car after it rests and engine cools hence why i think its temp related and something to do with electronics I have also run injector cleaner through the fuel tank which has so far seemed to make no difference what so ever.
Could be the fuel pump on the way out, or the crank angle sensor.
classic crank angle sensor.
next time car is faulty pour some cold water around harmonic balancer over crank sensor
I just checked error codes thanks to airstrikes pdf on here and have got codes 13 and 74 i don't know what 74 is but 13 is saying rh o2 sensor could that be causing the problem under heat with the car giving bad o2 to fuel ration into cylinders upon start cause it seems weird that it happens during warm to hot temp after you do a stop and start I'm guessing it causing flooding in cylinders hence the cranking and no fire but when left for some time it comes right and cranks right over which to me seems to be something common with flooding.
check your coil pack wiring harness bolt its about a 7mm socket to do it up. they are common to slightly lossen off. my daily driver done the same thing bit of loctite and never done it again.
