can anyone tell me how the cooling fans work on this?

is there 2 fans and one high speed controller (with relay) and one low speed controller (with relay)

what i notice is the engine temp gets to 1/2 way point in hot weather and say aircon

its supposed to be around the 1/3 way mark

does this mean the fan is not kicking in (y0)
