What you guys think of these speakers?
Hey i just came accross these speakers and they were 60 on ebay and i found them for 30 so i was just wondering what you guys thought... There for my vx cheers =)

I can almost guarentee they will sound shit, go for a well known brand it saves you buying them twice

just pick up the cheapest BRAND NAME 6x9s from supercheat ripco whatever on sale time
you get what you pay for ,your better off going to cashies and getting a decent brand secondhand set if you only want to spend that much.

I picked up some alpine 6x9's on special and they go pretty hard. I agree, save your money and go name brand. Kingwood? ffs.

There is no need to run 6x9" speakers and a sub. Those speakers, in my opinion are beyond rubbish. Entry level Clarion, Kenwood, Pioneer can be had fairly cheaply on sale, I would go for something like that mate.

Also note speakers don’t produce any watts. Sorry but that crap always gets me. And even as a power handling figure I would suggest it is a peak figure at best. That said it’s largely irrelevant. Firstly because you are unlikely to be sending a signal from an 800 watt RMS amp and even if you did you would rarely if ever be feeding it 800 watts.
