Which rims should i get?

Hi there, as the title states, i want some opinions on which rims i should get.

these are my options that i like.

18" or 19" CSA Vanquish



18" or 19" CSA Razors


18" or 19" CSA Shakers


18" CSA Snipers


18" CSA Haze


What is everyones opinions they will be going on a 99 vt exec series 2 silver commodore?

I wouldn't mind getting my hands on something similar to the "vanquish" rims myself. Black spokes and chrome rim go pretty well.

haha the vanquishes only come in 19 x 8 or 18x 8 :/ and i live in the country and dnt want to crack rims :S haha

Vanquishes look very similar to my rims (Verde Kaos), check out Verde Madonnas (one of my all time favorite rims) and Speedy cheetahs.

IMO you got rear bags, why get 18's? Nothing beats the look of several inches of 20" tucked up in the guards, I <3 it. You won't crack rims if you know what your doing.

Thanks for everyones input. How much are the cheetah's? i had them on my mind ages ago but never rememberewd to get a price, and i had a look at the vanquishes coz the guy can do them fairly cheap for me

How much would some cheetah's be per rim? and also, how much more would 20's be from 19's?

i looked at getting the cheetahs or the Haze's ended up picking the hazes coz they werent as common and theres so many other brands that look similar 2 them, also the lip on the cheetahs sounded very tinny as if they were cheaply made so that made me go off them a bit. both were around the $280 mark each a couple years ago, so u would think a lil cheaper now mayb?

cheers for that and yer the guy could do me the vanquishes for around 190$ each then wheels for $160 each, around that mark give or take. I didnt get a price on the others because i had limited time the other day, but will probably get a price on the hazes and snipers or shakers or all just to compare and i think i'll definitely go 19's as long as they're not that much dearer, The guy there said it'll only be about $20 per rim more but 50-60 per tyre

yeah thats right rims rnt worth much at all u pretty much pay 4 the tyres u put on but yeah 19's and 20's i cant justify the price differences 4 them in tyres alone so it depends on ur budget and if u can afford 2 keep replacing them.

considering i'm 18, and only have djing as a job ( although that is $90 an hour ) i probably cant afford to go 20's but i think i might be able to go the 19's.

my rear tyres are getting worn a bit ( was mum and dads car so have been on for a while ) so i need to replace them, so instead of wasting money on some 15" tyres i might as well go ahead and get the 19's that i want and the tyres all at once i though, but can only afford 2 at the moment :/

I do actually love the look of rims on front and stockies on the back, but dnt want to be seen as a try hard bogan that wants to do burn outs and cause trouble in the streets, but at the moment my budget won't let me go all the way :/

just keep in mind, that 20" tyres are actually cheaper then 19's. more factory cars use 20's over 19' now.

IMO aftermarket wheel for the most, are cheap and tacky. Why not look into a set of Holden alloys for your car?

And here I was thinking I'd be the only one to say such a thing Lol. There are some real nice hsv rims that would suit well.

but what is the price on those rims? and i love the look of black with crome/machined lip on a silver car, went and got some pricing done today and the can do most of them for to rims and tyres at $840 (19") but the razors are a special at the moment at $760 for 2 inc tyres, and the 20" are for 2 $960 inc tyres.

Do you think it would be all right for a while with just 2x 19's on the front with stockies on the back? same colour code so it wont look that out of place, but i actually do like the look of rims on front and stockies at rear.
