    Hey mate,

There is a couple of proven ways to get run more boost safely:

    Using 98 Octane

    10psi pulley#

    10>14psi Custom tune

10>13psi small W2W intercooler no tune

10>15psi W2W medium intercooler no tune

You can go up to 19psi pulley but you will require large intercooler and custom tune and a few other bits and peices to run it safely including upgrading your head gasket and bolts etc.

You can also run a A2A intercooler but this requires a custom tune.

Steve at Mace should be able to help you he has a lot of knowledge regarding the L67 and has most the parts required at reasonable prices. Also check out ebay and few other places and see what you can pick up just make sure they good quaility parts and advice.

Have fun let us know how you go.

ive spent 8g on mine and only make 265rwkw. is it really worth it?
i should also mention my motor is back out of the car. due to frying valves. and shitting auto boxes.

Just starting mine, was disappointed also. Got the 10psi pulley and nothing. Did the bypass on solinoid to boost actuator and bam found that boost I was missing. Gave her a full service and it wasn't liking the high rpm. Just got me a twin 2 1/4" pacemaker exhaust put it in today, raining outside and just wants to spin. Been waiting to go split ratio rockers but do one thing and requiring another. Now going an LSD, set of engine mounts and swaybar bushes and should be right to go with the rockers. I don't have the cash but spending a couple hundred a week and finding everything I do rewarding. After rockers might go a bigger cai and insulate the hotspots, mafless tune and leave it there. From stock about a couple thou and will be happy with my family toy until I get me an SS wagon. go for it mate. Set s goal and see how you go.

Please do tell me how you got 265rwkw with that combo. 265rwhp is more on the money for those mods. Not knocking it, just saying is all and I'm assuming the car has had a tune yeah? Guys are spending in excess of $10-$20000 to get around 260rwkw on an L67 and that's with them turnign the spanners themselves and not paying a mechanic. Torque is what they are good at not kw.

whats the purpose of getting the yt snout??? is it needed or just for looks??/ seems to be a waist of money when ya can put a $30hub on the stock snout and does the same thing...

I think the with the modular hubs the stock snout needs to be machined if you want to go past a certain point for pulley size.
