V6 VT radiator fans not working.

I have a V6 VT that gets quite hot and I noticed yesterday that the radiator fans do not appear to be working?

Any suggestions?

I had a look in the fuse / relay box in the engine bay, and I notice that one of the fan relays (low speed) has been replaced in the past.

I checked all fuses and electrical connections but the fans still did not appear to operate after a long-ish period of time with the car sitting idleing. The radiator was quite hot as were the hoses.

Any suggestions?

Turn the A/C on, if they work at all they will come on when it does, then we can go from there.
