Default Pic of nolathane swaybar links installed

Im still chasing the clunk in my front left area and near on certain its the sway bar link pins. Ive put brand new genuine link pins in it, although it hasnt helped at all.
Looking at the Nolathane kit with the ball joint on one end. One thing I think it may be is the locating washer in the genuine link pin setup, I think its hitting the strut side.

With the Nolathane kits, I noted that the locating washers are not included in the pack, so do nolathane recommend not using the locating washer?

    So install would be like:

    Nut
    Dished washer
    Bush
    Strut
    Bush
    Dished washer

    Whereas original, its:

    Nut
    Dished washer
    Bush
    Strut locating washer
    Strut
    Bush
    Dished washer

That is the correct order, the nolathane bushes have a locating lip that does the job of the locating washer, if the noise is a rattling noise under bumps then it may be the bushes, it seems to ke if you replaced the link pins then its not going to be the problem. You chould check out the sway bar D bushes, otherwise there is a list of things that could make noise in your left hand front. Check k frame bolts and basically make shore everythings tight.

Yeah everything else is fine and the only reason I suspect its the locating washer is that it sits so close to the strut and its pushing or moving when turning left with some suspension travel. The D mounts on the swaybar are the only other thing I need to do.
I removed the left swaybar link today and went for a quick drive and there was no noise, so it is something to do with that.

It doesnt make the noise going over bumps, only when you make a part left turn and then turning the wheel back to centre with some suspension travel.
