About a week ago I bought a 2000 model VT Series 2 S pack commodore.. I've been locking it at night and a couple of nights (at least that i've noticed) the alarm has gone of more then once.

I haven't notice this happen at all during the day, but this could just be because its less noticable and I haven't seen it.

Whoever the previous owner was appears to have disabled the siren/horn because it is silent, just the lights and indicators flash. I would imagine this to be because of the alarm going off.

Has anyone had this problem? I took it to zupps but they wanted way to much money just to LOOK at it (no guarantee of finding the problem), I then took it to an auto electrician who had a quick look, shook all the doors and it didn't go off. He said normally if it was the door sensors shaking the doors like that would set it off.

The alarm light flashes 3 times between breaks, which I believe that to mean that its one of the doors triggering it.

Can anyone shed any light on what this might be?
