Hey mate,

It's dirt easy:

Blue LED Dash Conversion

That should help you plenty, has a step by step removal guide on Page 1. If you get stuck, I can walk you through it, just ask on here or go to my wall/PM.

Other ideas I would be, LED Conversion, few lights in it, stereo system (nothing fancy just something nice), maybe DVD player.

hey mate i have the cluster bolbs allready he wants the standard stereo he is 42 i was thinking painting the dash facia like the clubsports silver.

That link ought to help, I would match the dash colour to the exterior colour (whatever that is) that's just my opinion though.

Um ideas... for inside...
I'd be thinking upgrading the trim if you can, try to dress it up, perhaps some interior chrome handles such as these:

Maybe get the suede trims if you can pick them up cheap, a good go of armour all and carpet cleaner will go a long way .

As it's a family car, and anything "hoonish" is unnecessary, just look to upgrade things to the level of a Berlina or Calais. VT parts are dirt cheap, and really the price difference between upgrading an Exec to a Berlina is next to nothing.

I know you said mainly interior, but think about putting in the chrome grill as it really makes the world of difference.
