Going to pick up a new set of seats tomorrow for my VX.
They are VY SS seats front, rear and with door cards. The question is, will I be able to fit them in my car..? Or will I need a trailer/Ute?
Hoping I might be able to fit them in

Is your car a sedan or wagon? Do u have subs or anything in the boot? U could if u get all the back seat in the boot and get the fronts to fold
Right on the back seat
1993 VR CALAIS 5 SPEED MANUAL,Lowered all around on pedders, 20 inch G8s, Option audio front splits, option audio amps, sound stream subs, pace maker extractors, high flow cat, 2.5inch lukey cat back exhaust
Ah sorry mate, Car is a Sedan, No subs or anything in the boot. Was thinking the backs would go nicely in the boot then the fronts could face towards the back of the car and kind of fold in with the back seat.. Might work?
I reckon you'll have a hard time fitting the lot in. Take your back seat out and it may fit.
I was hard pressed squeezing VZ Coulson seats and door cards into a Tucson. I also just picked up some VY SS front seats and they are about the same size as the coulson's. I would grab a Ute to save yourself the stress of damaging interior or seats in the process.
I highly doubt it. We trailered a set of seats and door cards and I think we would have had bugger all chance fitting them in a commodore
Cheap, fast, reliable.....you only get to choose two.
Ive fitted vt/vx ss seats into my vs commodore before , was a bit of a tight squeeze but got everything in there
It will fit in a VT/VX, exactly as you described it
To all that want to know, I removed my rear seats and everything fitted absolutely perfect, Now to get the seats retrimmed and put in my car![]()
