hey guys, i replaced my diff a while back having blown it up and when i put it all back together the abs light came on, my mate said it could be due to the abs sensor being to far away from the wheel speed sensor.

what distance should it be between the sensor and the wheel speed sensor? and what could happen having had it not operating for so long?
