Black Holden badges

I was just after some feedback on black badges I can get. Need to see if there would be any interest in the commodore world? They will not flake and I can do vt/vx/vu postage free australia wide and I'm thinking $100 a set as chrome plated badges cost $80 a set anyway

Thoughts and opinions please??

Um, i would just go to bunnings an buy a can of black paint for $10, some masking tape an about 10 mins of my time an bamm black badges. but more lazy people might want to pay $100 for some.

just paint them heaps cheaper and same result.

Yeah but tHere brand new badges from Holden and they won't flake. If you just masked them up and painted your badges they would flake after a few weeks or months.

Just remember. You have eBay prices to contend with. Holden dealers mark their product prices ridiculously high.

yeah wrx just the 2 lion badges. i think i seen seperate holden badges on ebay for like $30-40 each.. same as what holden would charge i think so its not over priced plus there black. obviously debadging is cheaper but i just wanted opinions and feedback on the price and if anyone is actually keen?!

lol compared to other brands of cars holden mark there prices fairly low. i sell parts for exotic cars so holden's mark up % is nothing :P

If they were metal, perhaps. But as others have said, I would just paint mine black if I really wanted it that way. I guess if mine fell off, then yes lol.

I understand that most people wouldn't bother but I was one of those people fixated on getting black badges.

I will try upload one now that's on my car as I'm not at home.

And as I said previously if you just went out and bought black paint and sprayed them it would flake off after awhile.
