Code 35 is idle speed error (IAC unable to control idle speed).
Code 44 is RH oxygen sensor (signal lean).
Code 45 is RH oxygen sensor (signal rich).
code 48 is cam angle sensor (no signal).
code 57 is injector power supply monitor, voltage variation at ECU terminal A4.
code 65 is LH oxygen sensor (signal rich).
code 76 is air/fuel ratio,(variation between left and right banks).
code 92 is low speed cooling fan fault.

Id first up clear these codes by removing the negative battery terminal for a minute or two, and then recheck the codes again, just to make sure they have cleared properly, and that you only get code 12 showing up. Then after the car has been started or driven again, recheck the codes again to see if any have returned, because sometimes codes can set from a "one off glitch" in the system, so clear them firstly and see if they return .Then go from there.
