Default Best Oil for my Diff and Gearbox

hey guys, getting my transmission serviced in the next week, i will be looking at buying my own oils for the job as my mechanic charges an arm and a leg for oils.

now what would people recommend or have used?

    and what prices?

    Thanks Dan.

I put the penrite sin80 in my vs diff, made it nice and quiet again.

Depends on your budget. The castrol fluids are pretty good and not overly expensive.

the diff oil will be castrol lsx 90 and it only takes 1.7 litres. lsx 90 is used in all diffs except mitsubishis and toyotas
If its Found On a Rubbish Dump its a FORD if it is Holden On its a Holden. Pick your poison.

    Fixed it.

LSD Diffs use SAF-XA and an additive.
