help buying vt spac

hey guys just need some advice on a vt spac im thinking about buyin... its raven mica clear is peeling on roof and a lil on bonnet (i know thats usuall) comes as is no reg no roady probally needs windscreen, needs stereo, and wheel coz it comes with rusted stockies lol. has a 2.5inch catback exhaust with twin high flow cats motor looks clean no leaks.... that i can see box shifts ok he wants $4500 ono just want to know if im wrong but im thinkin more like $3000.

so does that mean $3k would be a good offer for the raven mica one

Yep $3000 is reasonable, tell the seller that to get a rwc you will need to spend about $2k or so on the car and point out all the faults and roughly how much it will take to fix them (probably engine mounts, windscreen, shocks, bushes, wheel bearings, brakes and a service if the cars been sitting) he may come down to a more realistic level, if not then keep looking there are good vt's for sale everyday some with rwc.
