Post Removed mud flaps, how to clean up paint and outline scratch please? pics up

Hey, today i have removed my mud flaps it was very dirty underneath so i got some car soap and wax and tried my best to clean it up but the outline of the mud guard has left a scratch on all 4 sides and also down on the plastic part it has taken some paint off and some parts it is discoloured, is it possible to fix all this up and fill/touch up the scratches to make it all look the same or should i just throw them back on? lol, i have taken some pictures to help you all know what im talking about.
    Cheers,
    Dan
