Default Chrome/silver Gear shifter knob and handbrake button, worth it?

Hey, i am thinking of installing the chrome gear shifter knob and handbrake button and possibly chrome interior door handles, have been quoted $43.50 for both from holden (not including door handles) so im just wondering how much better it makes the interior look i have seen a couple of pictures on here of it but they are very small and hard to tell how it looks, also are there the two different chromes for them (Chrome and Satin Chrome/silver?) what suits better would u say, does anyone have some nice big clear pictures of it please? its for a VX Berlina in silver,
    Thanks

Ok, just went in to holden and ordered the parts then went to service and they have quoted me $275 max labour (they say it will take about 2.5 hours) thats including the installation of the cup holder and under radio console catch/lock, so i think ill have to have a go at it myself this weekend, would you advise me to try this myself if i have never done it before? is it pretty straight forward with the guides on here? cheers

All that stuff can easily be done yourself. Whats this installation of cupholder? Cause im pretty sure thats an easy job..

The gear stick button is the hardest. Requires time for dash to be removed. If you independently search on this forum for each item and how to remove/replace you will get some instructions.

I did all the above to mine.
