Plastic VT Boot Carpet Screws/Clips?

Can someone please confirm whether the plastic flat head screw things that hold in the boot side wall carpet lining, screw into a threaded nut like the child seat anchor points on the rear parcel shelf.

Reason I ask is because I want to bolt in some tabs for strap ratchets to secure my toolbox.

I would doubt it. Usually a 2 piece plastic clip in a hole.

I removed my boot lining and mounted tie down loops to the factory holes in the seat back to tie my tool box in. The cut slits in the boot lining for it to come through. Works great.

I used tie down hooks out of a vw transporter because my friend got me them for free but im sure you can buy something similar

Nope they are just a hole, there is no thread there. What you could do though is get a Nut and weld it there.
