i did mine recently, stripped the whole rack to pieces, cleaned and repacked grease, changed the leaking top seal and no more leaks, i bought a rebuild kit from a bearing shop, cost me $37 for every seal you need to do the entire rack only problem is most of the seals cant be replaced as you need specialty tools to do so, you need to check the serial no of the rack to get the right kit, mine was a GRP-33605, if your not in a hurry to get car back on road you could take the seal out and just match the one seal from a seal or bearing shop.

Nar not hard at all, take out the rod ends, undo the lines, take out the 2 bolts holding it in place.
