vt II s pack
well ive always loved coupes. so i had this idea to turn my commodore into a coupe. first thing, i wanted flares (like the ve's smaller back (flares) on the front of my vt and then big bolt on ones on the back like that ve coupe/camaro (pic below), and weld the back doors shut. i did a horrible chop down below
im hopless at chopping haha but its a rough idea

not my car btw

Why don't you just buy a Monaro? They are essentially a VT coupe.

Im no expert in the matter but I'd imagine converting a 4 door into a coupe (and registering, engineering, insuring etc) would be far more expensive than just buying a monaro

I saw a coupe conversion done years ago on a VS and that involved moving the center pillar rear a few inches and lengthening the front doors to make the whole thing look right. A lot of work and not really worth it if you ask me as it will look pretty bad unless you do it properly and if you do it properly I predict it would be cheaper to buy a monaro.

It would cost far too much to even try to make it vaguely good.

If all you do is weld the doors and paint the gaps then flare the wheels, all you'll be left with is a Monaro that looks like it's been but on a stretching rack.

Yeh in my opinion it doesent look good at all.
So many other way's you could go with that sort of money that would get far better results.
