Hard to say without hearing it but it could be the ABS doing a self test. They do that whenever the car is started and you take off.

I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.

its just like a vibrating grinding kind of noise, doesnt do it when im turning the wheel to full lock in reverse, just when im about to take off in drive with full lock, similiar but i dont think the same to the grinding noise i get when stopped at lights taking my foot off brake slowly, might see an improvement in that one when i get my new slotted rotors and brake pads hopefully

Sounds like the ABS is sticking if that's the correct term. however if you NEED to change rotors because of excessive wear, that could explain the grinding noise. if rotors are fine, maybe it's the pads are down to their metal backing plates and that definitely sounds like grinding from experience. please for safety sake take a wheel off and look at the pads .
let us know what it is when fixed?

just went out the driveway before and it didnt happen when i took my foot off the brakes, it happened as i was accelerating off slowly, when i bought the car a month and a half ago i was told the pads were new and a mechanic had a look without the wheel off and said they looked ok, i would check them but doesnt that mean i have to take the caliper off etc..? ive never touched that stuff before, and i am wanting to replace the pads and rotors to hopefully eliminate the loud squeal.

I don't think you could see the pads without taking a wheel off. I'd recommend what Shannon said and jack the front up.take the wheels off and have a decent look and check for any wear or excessive movement in bits that shouldn't.

There's a thread here with images on changing brake pads for beginners that are unsure of what to do, Just jack up one side take front wheel off, look at pad thickness and rotor if pad is really thin, replace if rotor is scored or has gouges on the face that is probably why it squeals grinds etc.
