Radio fittment

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has fitted a 6 stacker cd player from a VY SS to a vt-vx commodore before? As i have one sitting around but not sure if it will all work ok etc??

I dont think the face of it would look good/fit properly in the VT/VX fascia. The wiring harness may be different as well.

there is a right up somewhere, dont remember where but i think it looks funny
