i've already got that in my car at the moment, i thought there were actual SSL springs for the back?

46SL's are super low in VS & Ultra low in VT-VZ. You can go SSL, but they are way too low for a VT. You'll have no rear suspension travel and it'll handle like a bucket. Not to mention you'll only get a couple of thousand km's out of your rear tyres due to camber wear.
