Default Changing dash cluster lights but which ones?

    Hey guys
Few questions, I've searched on this forum so dont tell me to search a thread, I've been reading up on how to change to dash and A/C lights to LEDs with use of soldering resistors to the lights and to the dash but a guy at work sed u can just buy replacement LEDs that pop straight in. He sed rare spares done the ones for him for his vk Brock.
If this is the case, does anyone know what the replacements are, if they are any good, or if I should just follow the 'how to's ' and do the soldering job?

Also quickly, can I get a red interior light just by changing the bulb to a red one or do I have to tint the bulb or the plastic?

    Cheers,
    Casey

I know the results may not be as good ad an ASR conversion but replacement globes will be cheap as chips compared to going through them. Do u know what model globes I need? Or even wat the original ones r so that I can find equivalent LED ones

u get wat u pay 4, but look on ebay 4 the cheap look. 4 the cluster they use the T5 wedge globes and the LCD screen is a T4 globe wired in its own globe holder.
