Inlet manifold gasket- rubber seals

Hi guys
Quick question, the rubber seals that sit on the block on the intake manifold, which way do they go on? The ones I got in the cars kit don't seem to fit over the block, too small in width, so they kind of stretch out when you push them down on to the block. Had everything back together and the car is still runnin like a tractor after getting cracked heads reco'd. Cheers

make sure you have the right one for the series of your car as the series 1 inlet manifold is slightly different to the s2 also don't forget to use sealant on both corners when installing the rubber gaskets

theres a tab thing on one end of each one that has to sit sort of under the port for it to sit properly also make sure to use sealant
