VT won't wind over

Hi All
Got a huge problem with a mates vt, hopefully someone can help...

Got a vt thats been sitting around for about 6 months now, and it don't turn over.
When you turn the ignition on, all the dash lights come on, but fuel pump, blower fan, engine fan and everything else don't work.

I've eliminated all the basics (fuses, relays, wiring), even replaced pcm, bcm and key.
For some reason, self diagnosis fault ain't working by jumping the diagnosis plug.

Any help would be great as it going to cost too much to get it towed into a workshop just to put it on the computer since i'm so far out of town...

After sitting around for 6 months there is a good chance that the battery is low on charge.

Not necessarily. Try starting it with jumper leads. Also, after six months the petrol in the tank will probably have gone off, so you will need to drain & refill with new petrol if it doesn't start once you fix the cranking problem.

when you bridge the diagnostic are you getting 12
bcm and pcm and key must be linked with tech 2 or all from same donor car
does red mode led stop flashing

same thing happend to my car but i only left it for a month because of my brakes. I tried to start it and it kept winding over and didnt start, all i did was get another battery and jump started it it started first go and alsobasically what black vx said new feul even if it will start i wouldnt want shit fuel like that in my car but gl anyway
