Default Bolt on Exhaust system or Custom Made from a Shop

Looking at getting a cat back my questions is whats peoples opinions and the pros and cons of bolt on systems (i.e lukey/redback) and those made in an exhaust shop.

    Cheers.

Redback 2.5" for a complete mang fest

IMO best bang for buck, noise, everything else considered is an HSV 2.25" catback with rear resonator deleted.

EDIT: You'll need to pick-up some cats from an SS or supercharged V6 commo as your stock setup only has one cat and the HSV kit needs 2.

Yep a proven off the shelf system will be fine and cheaper than a custom made one, with or without rear resinator depending of you want it quieter or loud and droney. Note you will be sick of loud in a very short time.

What is it with all these new members asking silly questions?

Mate, unless you're making BIG power, have an all out show car or require a custom exhaust for your setup, just stick with the bolt on system.

Speaking of bolt on systems, I do Manta.

With rear resonator $285 shipped to your door.

Without rear resonator $245 shipped to your door.
