    Default "new to site"

    Hey Guys...
Just looking for some advice on a few things from fellow Holden owners & thought this site would be a great place to start.
I have recently written off my 1999 VT Series II Supercharged V6 Calais (DAMN...I loved that car!!) & it is still in perfect running condition minus the passenger guard, front bumper & bonnet.
I am selling off all the parts & was wondering what would be the easiest way of finding out what parts are worth (is there a website as such that has a pricing list?).Things like the Supercharged V6(288000 on the clock, but regularly serviced by Holden),full leather trimmed/electric windows doors, leather interior, gearbox,LSD,taillights etc...(pretty much a whole car).
I have now just bought a 1998 V6 Holden Rodeo dual cab 4x4 petrol/LPG & was wondering if the electric leather seats from the Calais can be mounted without too much drama.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,
    Cheers,Wudzee

    Hey Mate & Welcome.
Really the best place to look for a idea of a price is eBay, As its basically the biggest online store for car parts esp commodore. Just search for the park, IE - HOLDEN COMMODORE VT S PAC V6 SUPERCHARGED WRECKING.VR VN VP VT | eBay

That should give you a idea on what its worth, if your car has less KMs then worth more, if more KMs a little less.
    Hope this helps.

No Idea with your seats though, Id say it would be a lot of trouble to change them over.

Ebay would be your best bet to get an idea of price's, There is always calais parts listed on there, Just type Calais into the search and click on completed listing's.
As for the engine, They go between $1000-$5000 on ebay depending on condition.
There is a few K's on your engine so i'd say your not going to get top dollar but just jump on Ebay and look at supercharged V6's with simluar K's and that will give you an idea.
Or even Gumtree, As dodgey as it is, It also sell's quiet a range of part's at time's

As for the seat's, Anything can be done, Just depend's if its worth it to you or not, I'd think you would need to either build custom rail's or transfer the rodeo rail's over to the calais seat, Bit of customising should do it. I dont think they would bolt right in. But who know's untill u try...

Is the car not repairable???? VT II Supercharged Calais would still be worth fixing IMO. Seats you can't use as they have airbags and it's forbidden to have non operational airbags in a car.
