    Question Need spark plugs and leads for 5 ltr

    Hey guys i need new spark plugs and leads for my car...
    Does anybody know the best ones to buy for a 98 clubsport 5 ltr, i want the best i don't care
    about the cost, just want my car going it's best cheers!

    Standard leads and plugs are fine. Search next time it's been covered a lot.

    Standard plugs and leads from Holden wi do the job. Cheaper and the leads are IMO better quality then aftermarket

    Drive to nearest Holden Dealers Parts dept.cant do any better on this one.

    eBay if you want eagle leads and Ngk iridium plugs.

    Otherwise the Holden ones are perfectly fine, but can be expensive.

    Got quoted $85 for a set of v6 leads from Holden lol.

    Lol yeah they are like $20 more expensive then aftermarket but will last longer

    I would be Carefull if going aftermarket I have Bosch competition leads in my 5L and no matter what order I put them in 1-2 of them are really tight

    Could you elaborate on this statement? I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that some of them are too short? Have you followed the standard connection scheme for the distributor cap (copy below)?

    Reason I ask is that I recently purchased a set of the Bosch competition leads and would like to know what problems I'm likely to experience.
