Is this sealant ok to use????

hey guys im about to do my inlet manifold gaskets, got some sealant from super cheap today, is this stuff ok to use in the corners of the front and rear seals??? last time i used permatex ultra blue on my Vs commodore, now i have a Vt commodore .... but the Vt manual at the shop just said use Rtv silcone?? i dunno
