    Default Low RPM and sluggish

When Im driving my 2000 VT at about 80 km/h the cars revs will drop to 1500 and will feel sluggish and there is a huge flat spot where nothing happens unless you push the accelerator almost to the floor, then it will drop down a gear and rev right up and shoot off. When I push the power button the revs will stay at about 2000 at 80 km/h but there are no flat spots the cars super responsive. Whats going on with that, I also think the car might have a shift kit as it changes gear pretty hard and fast, there is also kind of a thud when it changes.

@ 80kmph your overdrive should lock in what do they call it torque converter lock up like a 5th gear this might be locking on and causing the sluggishness until you floor it to unlock it and drop gears?.
