VT auto shifter button pin

Hey guys, I am after the pin for the shifter in a VT Commodore. The shifter button has popped up and the spring is visible. I havent taken it apart yet so not 100% sure if it is the pin, but I done a search and this thread came up.

Can I just run down to supercheap or something and grab one? or is it a Commodore specific part?

They snap where the pin goes through to hold them into the channel. Whereabouts are you located I have a few here in my shed.

Hi I have this same problem I contacted Holden Dealership near home and was quoted a price was wondering if someone could post any useful information on how I replace this part or were to look for any second hand parts for my VT
