Altezza Lights VX Commodore

I am looking at putting black Altezza head and tail lights on my VX. Have looked around the forum a bit and there's a bit of a mixed feeling on them and mostly in older threads.

Can someone who knows give me a run-down on the issues (if any)?

Tail: Black Altezza LED
Head: Black Angel Eyes

If it matters I will also be doing a HID conversion and adding LED light strips. Hopefully similar to Denno...

I personally like the angel eye headlights I've got them myself and have had no problems with them.

As for the altezza tail lights I'm not a fan of the look of them so instead I got monaro ones which look better in my opinion.

Either way you should have no problems with the lights themselves through not everyone may like them but as long as your happy that's all that matters 'Its Your Car'

Also the led's stripes don't do it, it just looks stupid on the VX or any car at that matter. But if you really want to nobodies stopping you.

I dont think there are problems with the lights its just some poeple like them an some don't.

i got the angel eye headlights too, only dramas i had with them was they kept blowing fuses for the first couple weeks, but ive had them in for about 2 and a half years now and they have been fine since

I have a set of shadow chrome altezzas you can have for $60 with no looms if you want them (vx looms should go straight in)

Personal choice really, quality wize, they aren't TOO bad, just run a bead of black silicone around them before you fit them, they are common to leak, once thats done though, i never had issues with mine. I still have monaro mock up headlights, which just so happens to be the last thing standing on the car that isn't genuine GM and im happy with them.

Turns out I was actually looking at Monaro LED tail lights...

Also, good point on the LED stripes - don't think I'll be doing those.
