5 litre rocker cover breather attachment

the rocker cover breather attachment has come off I would rather repair it than replace the whole cover what would be the best way to reattach it? hi temp glue?

It fits in quite well I used a mallet to bash it back in, that lasted for a few months until it came out again so I need a more permanent fix

loctite is your friend, and as you asked before hightemp silicon will also work. Just not too much
